Dr. Su Kim is a native of Columbia who is honored to serve families in her hometown community with kind-hearted, quality pediatric dental care.
She received a full Dean's scholarship to attend the University of Maryland Baltimore County and later earned her Master's degree in Biology from Towson University. While studying at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Dr. Kim discovered her passion for pediatric dentistry, and it has since become her life's calling.
Dr. Kim graduated magna cum laude and in the top 8% of her class at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she earned her DDS. She went on to complete her Pediatric Dentistry Certificate and continues to pursue ongoing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric dental care. Dr. Su is proud to now be board certified! She is also now a Diplomate of the ABPD to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care.
Our Columbia office is also home to the Maryland Lip and Tongue Tie Center! We provide results that will leave your infant joyfully able to move their mouths freely.

Dr. Su Kim is passionate about educating children on the importance of oral health and can often be found sharing her knowledge throughout the community. As a Dean's faculty member, she volunteers at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in the Pediatric Dental Department, where she teaches and mentors dental students.
Dr. Kim also volunteers at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center as their pediatric dentist for the cleft lip and cleft palate team. She is dedicated to providing specialized care for children with these conditions and helping them achieve optimal oral health.
What a great experience we had at Tiny tooth! The office was very clean, kid-friendly and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing in making the experience calm for my child and not at all stressful. She also gave great recommendations and tips on how to improve my child’s oral health. I mean where do I begin. I have 2 kiddos that will be going here until Dr. Kim says they are too old. Our experience was nothing short of awesome. The staff is kind and welcoming. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. Her office is perfectly designed for little people and she has the state of the art technology geared towards providing the most gentle and efficient care. As a doctor mom, I have experienced first hand the importance of trusting providers. There is no doubt that you can trust Dr. Kim will provide the best care for your littles. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
They were very professional and highly courteous. Doctor Kim had the day off but she came in just to treat my son for an emergency procedure. She did a marvelous job in that procedure as well. I am very impressed on how she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend her for our precious children.
